Ide Owodiong-Idemeko is an accomplished and proven Human Resources Manager, Political Scientist, Administrator, Change Agent, Project Manager, Community Service Leader and Advocate. In his current professional role, Ide occupies a Senior Leadership role in the Upstream Nigeria Human Resources Team of Mobil Producing Nigeria Unlimited, a subsidiary of ExxonMobil, an international Oil and Gas Company. ExxonMobil is the largest publicly traded international Oil and Gas Company, holding an industry-leading inventory of resources and is the largest refiner and marketer of petroleum products, with its chemical company being one of the largest in the world.

With over two decades of experience in the field of Human Resources Management, Ide is considered an expert in the area of Human Resources Business Leadership, Planning and Strategy, Compensation and Benefits Design and Administration, Policy Development and Administration, Labor and Industrial Relations, Recruiting solutions and has extensive interface in the Nigerian Oil and Gas industry, as well as the Regional and Global Human Resources organizations of ExxonMobil.

Ide Owodiong-Idemeko is also the current NAS Cap’n (International Chief Executive and Head) of the National Association of Seadogs for the 2012-2014 executive tenure.
