Arthur Agwucha Nwankwo, author, publisher and member of the defunct National Democratic Coalition, NADECO, 69, August 19. Nwankwo was educated at the Eastern Mennonite College, Harrisonburg, Virginia, USA, 1966, and Duquesne University, Pittsburg, Pennsylvania, USA, 1967. He worked at Gulf Oil Corporation Headquarters in Pittsburg, as a consultant between June and September 1967. He is co-founder and first managing director and later, group chairman, Fourth Dimension Publishers Limited, Enugu. .
